this is a really good and consistent place to get a hair trim. i probably would go elsewhere for a major style and colour, but they get the basics done well and for a good price.
this place was a good little find, the staff in there are really sweet and not intimidating at all. they made me feel as though i had been going there for years and refreshed the ends of my hair.
these guys are acutally pretty good. went in here for a quick trim, nothing special. the price was reasonable and i didn't have to make an appointment.
Ducked in here for a quick fringe cut that had been bugging me for a few weeks. the fringe cut was average, they cut away a lot of the styling that had been done from my previous hairdresser.
Hired a jukebox from these guys, delivery was on time and it was free. we looked around for a while to compare prices and these guys were able to match and give us a discount.
Had an eye test here for contact lenses. What i liked about going here was they didn't put any pressure on me to then buy my contact lenses from them. they gave me quite a few trial lenses and wrote me a prescription to take elsewhere.
Had an eye test here early this year. the service was fine and the optometrist was also very nice. their glasses are pricey and don't have the competitive pricing such as the larger stores, but a good small practice.
extremely attentive service here, the food is ok but it is really the atmosphere that is best. it's a really family orientated restaurant where they don't rush you and let you relax with a good bottle of wine.
the desserts here are the best thing about this restaurant. creme brulee and sticky date pudding. the mains are a bit hit and miss though. had the veal and that was really nice, but the duck wasn't great.
Not great mexican food here. it's quite bland and the food isn't as fresh as you would expect with mexican food, especially with the guacamole and tomato salsa. better to stay at home and make your own.
