I received a quote to have a tree stump removed from my courtyard. When I got home from work on the day is was due to be removed, it was still there. I had to call twice over three days to find out that they could not fit their machine into my yard. I asked if they could at least cut it down below ground level so that i could plant over it. they said that would be fine and would come around to look at it again. After a week, they had not returned. I called three times and my calls were not returned. That was a month ago. they obviously didn't want to do it so just ignored me until i went away. Most disgusting customer service i have ever received. They could have at least said they couldn't do the job so i could organise someone else.
