Claire's new salon is an absolute credit to her. I trust Claire with all my beauty needs and have done so for the past 5 years. I am always delighted with the wonderful job she does and she is an absolute pleasure to deal with.

The best brazilian I've ever had - it barely hurt and my skin felt wonderful afterwards. It's not cheap, but worth every penny.

had my first ever brazilian wax here, and am glad i chose this place! they were quite gentle with the whole experience, and were quite professional

also liked how they use a different wax/method compared to ordinary salons - even though to some it's probably not a big deal (since it's a wax down there, it's not like everyone gets to see it) i thought this was ideal since it was my first ever one

sure, the service was a bit costly - but i guess it's justified by the fact that this place is more of a salon than just a waxing place

overall i'd recommend this to my friends (and i did, my friend had her first brazilian wax there a couple of days ago) but wouldn't go back there to be a regular - mainly because i haven't got enough money to spend for maintenance on a usual basis

With warmer weather approaching and some gorgeous new summer frocks in my wardrobe I decided it was time to look less like a fox & more like a FOX!! So after some extensive online research and weighing of options, I decided to try CF Salon.

I was first impressed by the ease of booking an appointment - all done online which I love and better yet, I was able to get the exact day and time I wanted at very late notice.

I was greeted by a friendly smile from a woman who was dealing with a customer on the phone. When the call ended she apologized for keeping me waiting, although there was no need as I had arrived early and really only waited a couple of minutes, and took me through to a private room.

Within half an hour I walked out a very satisfied customer having had a full leg & bikini wax, far less painful than I've experienced elsewhere in the past, and having had a great time chatting with Claire, my therapist.

I couldn't be happier to have accomplished summer legs on my lunch break and at a great price too! I will definitely be returning and recommend this salon to anyone in the Melbourne CBD area :)

they do a good hair cut but it cost me $90 for a simple trim and blow dry!
the hairdresser was nice and i did only want a trim, however i was shocked at the price and will most likely not return

I have had my hair cut and coloured at Claire Francoise as well as waxing done for the past 3 years. I have always had really great service and have been happy with my cuts and colours. They are pricey but do pay attention to detail so I think it's well worth it!

My haircut here was great, massage chair was nice.
They give good advice but do try and push products on you a bit (accept graciously when you decline though)
Only bad point I would have to say is it's a bit expensive for a simple cut and wash.

I have used the services of this business for a few years now. And the service they provide is amazing. Both the Hair and Waxing services are amazing and the therapists are very professional and friendly. The products they use are top of the range and the therapists are all very knowledgeable. The therapists are young, helpful and friendly and getting your hair or waxing done here, is just like visiting an old friend...well a friend that you pay to visit.
