I would NOT, recommend your clinic. I am a health professional and the way my daughter was treated at your clinic could not have been worse. The only good thing was the refferal to the maxilosurgeon!
During our experience: lack of contact to the treating dentist, no returning our calls. Lack of organization for help with the TAC. Appointments too long.

My experience at freedom dental was fault less. The ladies greeted me with a warm welcome and smile. I felt like I was at a spa as the clinic is warm and comforting. I had my consultation for invisalign and left feeling informed and happy to choose Freedom dental for my course of treatment. All costs and the procedure where explained to me thoroughly with all my questions answered. I was even offered to have my dental check up & clean done in my first visit which was extremely convenient and helpful as I live an hour away from the clinic. I would HIGHLY recommend Freedom Dental to friends and family.

After attending a Collins Street Dentist for many years, I needed emergency dental work done on a weekend a few years ago so I contacted Freedom Dental and have never looked back! John and his team managed to get my teeth back in order after many years of complacency by my previous dentist. It's refreshing to see a dental practice that is so committed to it's patients' best dental interests. Great expertise and service.

I can't talk highly enough about Freedome Dental, I had a phobia of all things teeth and particularly going to the dentist. Special thanks to Dr Jayne for her patience and perseverance. I am a return patient of 2 years and cannot fault the entire experience and quality of treatment.

The team at Freedom Dental are fantastic. I am absolutely terrified of the dentist - it usually takes me a year to get the courage to go, but the pre-appointment consultation really helps to settle me. The dental nurse explains what is going to happen, and asks if there's anything they can do to ease your discomfort. They offer happy gas and DVDs for you to watch, which makes it a lot more pleasant! Overall the team are kind, and Dr Alice in particular is gentle and very skilled. The candle you can collect by checking in on Facebook is beautiful too!

Dr John is an excellent doctor. But what i found annoying is that i always need to wait about 30 min-1 hr from my actual appoinment. And there has been 3/4 my appt times.I hope this is something that can be improved on.

Cannot give Freedom Dental enough praise. 5 star service without the price tag. I have been here for 2 years now, getting both dental and orthodontic work. Many many appointments and not one complaint. SO glad I found them, have always struggled with dentists.
