Very expensive over$6000 for no ceremony only cremation service and paperwork

Seemed very disorganised, late to start, didn't update the celebrant that he was no longer reading the eulogy. This change was made 4 days prior. Felt rushed and he could not articulate most of the eulogy which was our concern. It was very hard to try and organise everything via email as obviously these were not always acted upon and never acknowledged with a received message or a major change like the eulogy reading not updated. This was a huge disrespect to our person. People who have used this service and have thought it was great have never organised a funeral before with Arn or White Lady, processes and communication there is 100%.
Try contacting them..lotto is a better chance.What hope of them paying my funeral when I am gone?
When I chose to get a Guardian pre-pay Funeral Plan for my mother and for me, I was pretty sure they were good. That was seven years ago. And when my mother passed away (two years ago), I was very impressed with the service they provided, every step was conducted on time, with so much respect and dignity. On my appt day to pay for my Plan, I got talking to this gentleman at the Reception who told me that he got his Plan in 1967, and he said that Guardian Funeral is the best. Now, that is something.
Although expensive, it is well worth it. They are very respectful and seem to understand your loss. They never push you and are super sensitive. They organised the funeral perfectly and there were absolutely no hiccups. They were supportive and accommodating. Would definitely go with them again.
We used Guardian Funerals when an elderly relative died recently and could not fault them in any way. They worked with dignity and quietly there in the background guiding us through the processes. They went above and beyond in finding a backing tape for our singer and making sure that elderly attendees at the graveside were accommodated. Their customer service is second to none, and although I am not in a hurry to need their services again, I would not hesitate to go straight to them should a need arise.
