On my first Appointment I was Greeted by Ben who sat with me for 30 minutes to work out what I really wanted. When I came back for my second Appointment I was greeted like an Old Friend, it is so welcoming. The cut & colour is always awesome. I have not been disappointed.
Fantastic business,i and everyone I know that has gone here always leave with a huge smile and thrilled with their hair!Shane runs a wonderful business and is so caring and professional,and his staff are too.Give this salon a try,there’s a reason they’re so praised!

Love coming here for my Cut & Colour. Always leave with a smile on my face, looking good with a Great Cut and the Best Blonde. Shanes cuts have an Edge to them that is not boring & old lady

I've been coming to Shane for over 6 years now & there simply are not enough stars to rate Hairway. My hair has never been better, Shane & the Team have seen me through Horrendous health issues, where my hair really suffered along with me & they brought it back to health, not to mention injecting it with colour, originality & spunk. I always walk out with a smile & gorgeous hair. They know how to give a woman back her confidence.

Fantastic Experience. Talented Hairdresser's who are up to date, always willing to Listen to their Clients. I also appreciate that they aren't afraid to tell you that something won't be workable on your hair & offer alternative ideas. All the staff are Friendly & offer Great Service. My Hair always looks fantastic when I leave the salon & is Easy for me to Style at home. Thanks to Ben & all the Hairway staff.

My visits to Hairway are truly something I look forward to. It's a great way to have some " me time", with awesome hair as a bonus. Shane & his team are true professionals, always striving for perfection & keeping up with what's new in the world of hair. This with their friendly & reliable customer service fills me with confidence. I used to travel to Brisbane from Mackay to visit a well known and upmarket salon until I found Hairway. Hairway is just as amazing at a fraction of the price. Mackay peeps are lucky to have such talent on their doorstep

I always receive excellent Customer Service at every encounter & have been a Client for Many Years & not had any reason to complain about any aspect of the service from Hairway. I have curly hair which is difficult to cut & with Highly skilled Stylist "Shane" my hair always looks very nice. With the Quality of Training at Hairway I am also willing to have my hair cut by another stylist & more than Happy with the result.
