Worst tint.
Was sold a tint for privacy which doesn’t work as it is see through. Took 9 months to get a response and still not fixed. Worst customer service very rude and argumentive staff.

We tinted our house windows a few years ago. One set of windows was not done properly and we've had problems ever since. Initially there were bubbles behind the film. We raised this with Happy tint and they came back to fix these not long after we had them installed. It's been over a year now and we're noticing the corners are peeling. We understand issues like these occur which was why their lifetime warranty was the reason we went with Happy Tint.
Rick has assessed the problem and agrees it's an issue and said they will fix it. It's been over 2 months and no one has come to fix the problem. We've been in constant contact with Happy Tint, on the surface we're told someone will come but it has yet to happen.

Great sales but terrible customer care.

Excellent sales/ quoting process, service and after service. Great product with a lifetime warranty at a very competitive price.

To cut a long story short. They came late to do my job. They made a mistake with the size of the film which left my job unfinished. I had to contact them to find out when it would be finished and then they doubled booked my completion job which if I didn’t reschedule my time they were not going to do it that day. But the worst part is the verbal abuse I got. They used profanities, character assignation,he belittle and bullied me because when I asked why I was getting such poor service. Being a woman I have on one other occasion been belittled by someone, but never have I hung up the phone and felt SICK TO MY STOMACH AND SHAKING when dealing with a business. I URGE YOU PLEASE READ OVER REVIEWS ONLINE (WHICH I SHOULD HAVE DONE).

This is the second job done through happy tint. The price is competitive and the service excellent. Couldn't be happier and would highly recommend them.

They tinted my car windows in Dec 2016, in the process damaging both front door trims, after a dozen emails to head office they admit liability but have done nothing to repair my car, now I have to take them to small claims Court to get my car repaired. Not Happy.

It was all so easy! Quoted and installed in the same week. Great price and such a huge difference to our quality of life. No more sun beating down on us from two in the afternoon. We can enjoy the rest of our summer! Highly recommend Happy tiny for their friendly, professional service with a quality product!

I booked my 'brand new' 2 day old car in for front driver & passenger tint, and rear clear tints over the privacy glass.
What i got was my brand new car returned to me that was internally putrid, they didn't clean up any of the install liquid run off that had totally caked my internal doors and rear sections.

BUT, the worst was yet to come. They applied darkest legal tint over my privacy glass. This rendered my car "unroadworthy", and impacts my insurance policy.

The timing of this could not have been worse as I was driving interstate on a 2 week holiday and had no time to get it fixed before departing. I've therefore been driving around long distances interstate in an unroadworthy and unsafe car with children onboard.

When i contacted Happy Tint i was first met with scepticism and partial denial. There was no care factor or urgency and they were totally unapologetic. After giving them a stern prompting, they finally got off their back sides and investigated and advised it had in fact been tinted incorrectly and they would get back to me to arrange repair.

BUT, it gets worse still. I have now left 3 messages with them to contact me to discuss and arrange the repair - they refuse to get back to me to rectify the issue. I'm totally gobsmacked, I've never experienced anything like this.

I was led to believe this company was a reputable mob, they are a major advertiser on 3AW to which I am long term listener and the reason I contacted them.

Needless to say there's a cut & dry claim here and I will look into options for getting a form of resolution that satisfied me.

Happy Tint offer a totally professional service with an excellent product. Companies such as their are RARE today. Service with a smile, punctual, polite and quality application of window film.
