I faxed through my prescription and they followed up with a phone call because they couldn't read part of it. They sent a text message when they were ready. I went to pick them up and they had been sent to the wrong outlet, so agreed to have it posted to my house express post.

I'm a rather difficult customer in that I've got a severe vision impairment compounded by diabetic retinopathy. these optometrists have provided me with suitable spectacles that facilitate my mobility and my capacity to read. Interestingly, they recommended that I not purchase transition typl lenses because that process would impinge on the little vision that I now enjoy.
