I love stopping by the Koko Black window to see what they're displaying, or what the chocolatiers are up to. What I like best about this outlet is that the staff are uniformly and genuinely happy to serve you, and very well informed about their products. The manager (whose name escapes me) was most helpful in helping me choose a chocolate which would complement the fillings for the moulded chocolates I was making.

Need a bit of indulgent pampering? Go to Koko Black in Collins Street. The hot mocha is heavenly!!! Have it on your own while relaxing in one of their luxurious leather chairs and enjoying a read of your favourite book. The quality of the chocolate is simply first rate. Nothing comes quite close. A good place to nurse frazzled nerves from office stress!!!

If you're a chocolate lover this is the place for you. They have quite an array of chocolates to purchase and take away or you can kick back on one of the leather lounges and enjoy a chocolate beverage. I've always found the service to be friendly and efficient.

The surrounds of this cafe were most inviting and quite elegant - leather sofas and chairs and it also had a quiet ambience. The quality of the chocolate looked great and the when my friend and I received our drinks and chocolates we were delighted with our choices.

Approximate cost: $5.50 for hot chocolate
