The prices here are a bit expensive but it is a quality place with food that you are bound to enjoy and the flavors that actually impress. Staff were helpful and it was an overall good experience.
This is high quality Italian. Yes it's expensive but when it comes to this restaurant you do get what you pay for
Love coming here for a spot of lunch on a Sunday! They do the best risottos and steak burgers!
Approximate cost: $15
Wow, what a gem. I rarely go out in the city so we just stumbled upon this place. I had the Mushroom Risotto and it was amazing. Best I've ever had. So creamy and full of mushrooms. So flavoursome. There service was excellent. My friend loved her meal also. What a great find.
Went there for a friend's 21st birthday celebration. Had the roasted pumpkin salad and it was delicious. Everyone else enjoyed there meals as well. Service was friendly and more than satisfactory. Would recommend!
Approximate cost: $18
I came here for a quiet bite to eat after work. Since I am staying here on business I decided to stick close to my hotel and this was across the street. Food was amazing and the staff were very lovely and friendly. I ordered mashed potatoes and salt and pepper calamari and both tasted amazing. Would love to come back next time I am in town.
Approximate cost: $18.00
This is one of the best italian restaurants in Brisbane in a perfect spot right near the mall. We stumbled across it when we first moved to Brisbane and were staying at the Sebel and looking for some good italian, it had great reviews and was right opposite us. Although they were booked out they allowed us to do takeaway. We have been back a number of times and it has been great each time. It is good simple italian for a reasonable price.
Approximate cost: $22
I did the same thing last night, also staying at the Sebel!

I had lunch here with some work mates recently. We ordered two of the $19 lunch specials that came with a drink, Gnocchi alla boscaiola - DELICIOUS - and the spinach & ricotta ravioli in a mushroom ragout, we also ordered spaghetti con cozze, which came with the largest serving of mussels I have ever seen.
All three meals were tasty, fresh and of ample serving (if not too big). All three of us were very happy with our meals, my friend that ordered the mussel dish was shocked at the size of the meal and told us to help ourselves to her plate, as she had no chance of eating it on her own.
The house shiraz cabernet that came with the $19 lunch deal was tasty as well.
The main meals can be a bit pricey, but the food is definitely amazing. We will definitely be going back again!!!!! Next time I want to try the desserts!!!!
Approximate cost: $26
Sounds delicious. Thanks for your review. Are the $19 lunches at the weekend Too?
wait staff and kitchen were very helpful w my spouse's increasingly difficult food requirements
entrees of grilled prawns and grilled baby octopus were simple but very good. mussels entree size was a very large serving and again well done. and my dish of shredded duck pappadelle was very tasy but quite a bit of pasta was stuck together and hadn't been separated properly
they also let us BYO wine for a modest $8 p/b.
somewhat noisy with hard surfaces but not unpleasantly so
all in all a much better experience than it looked like at first glance, and take some time reading the menu as there are some good choices you might not notoce at first
Approximate cost: $25
The pasta was very nice and their tiramisu was beautiful. The price can be expensive though. The location is quite convenient.
