Flat out refused to come out because a completely different unit in my apartment complex failed to call him and cancel a night or so before and he therefore wasn't paid. The guys name is Tom, I have no connection to the other unit or there situation but was denied service due to Tom's inability to be professional and cause his feelings were hurt.
Things happen and yeah it sucks but Tom took that out on me, so yeah would leave a zero star review if I could. I also have heard by word of mouth that they quote lower and basically charge you what they feel when they get there

My young daughter and I live in Cheltenham, I called Patterson locksmiths regarding a broken front door lock and being locked out, it was almost 5pm on a Sunday evening, and a locksmith was at our place in 30 minites, even with having to travel to us from Ringwood. Daniel was the name of the locksmith, and very quickly Daniel had us back inside our home, he replaced and repaired our front door lock issue very quickly and cleaned up as he worked. If Daniels work ethic is anything to go by then I would highly recommend Patterson locksmiths to anyone that needs fast and dependable work done.

Patterson Locksmiths quote was quite a lot cheaper than the other business quoting. Their service was really good. They called me up the day before to check on a couple of points. They turned up the next day and did the job very quickly with a minimum of fuss.
