I placed an order online. Payment taken immediately but no advice as to when I would get the item. After 2 weeks I cancelled order but they sent it 4 days later. I returned it to sender and am still waiting for refund after 3 weeks.
Placed order on internet after phone confirmation of availability of stock.
It is now 2 weeks since payment and there has been nothing but conflicting status on delivery. It has been impossible to contact them on the phone. Request to cancel the order and refund payment has not had a response in 4 days.
I have made a complain to my bank and Department of Fair Trading.

Merchants has not only cop up what they received but there's a fee involved with back charges. (for them not you)
