It's a bit disappointing that exclusive products like Clinique and Estee Lauder are only available in 1 Bunbury store that offers poor customer service. I could have shopped at Priceline if I was looking for self service. The consultant seemed to be too busy applying her makeup than providing professional advice. I always try to support local business but next time I need makeup I will wait untill I go to Perth or I will purchase online.
The products in this store are great as Bunbury does not have a Myer or David Jones so this store carries some of the beauty products sold in those stores, but the service lacks. I have been in there a few times but often feel uncomfortable. The staff don't seem very friendly or welcoming. Shame really because I won't buy when I feel this way and have walked out when I had planned to spend money. Definitely room for improvement.
