Because Riza was very helpful and polite, and provided me with all the info I needed in a very clear and cincise way. Do consider giving her a pay rise, or at least a nice Christmas bonus!
(I cannot comment on the quality of your cars, as I have not rented one as yet, but trust they will be good).

Booked online...so easy, however I made an error. Rizz (online chat help) got me a new quote...gave some great advice to keep the cost down and rebooked for me and cancelled the old booking. Thanks Rizz you made it so simple...your service was beyond excellent!!!

Booked a camper van through V V V out of Darwin 11 - 18 May. Rental was with Apollo but very confusing who you are dealing with - Cheapa Camper, Real Value AU, Apollo or V V V. Found this very deceiving and cost more than doubled when went to pick up camper. Customer service from Apollo appalling and poor response from V V V. Be sure you know who you are dealing with and what the total cost is. Never again.

Firstly, I've never written a bad review for anyone before, but I felt that the treatment (or non-treatment) that we received warranted this write up.

We tried to book a campervan online. On their website it says they will get back to you in 24 to 48 hours. 2 days later, there was still no contact. When I called them for the third time they answered the phone and told me that they only just received my booking the night before. So, was my online booking floating around the internet for a whole day before landing with them?? I decided to let this go and then tried to ask how the booking was going. They said they would get onto it and call me back in up to 4 hours. Nothing. I called them the next day and they gave me some excuse about not being able to get in touch with the company that we had picked for the van rental. Fair enough, but if I'm the paying customer I expect to not have to do all the chasing up of communications. Terrible communication, poor excuses and very bad customer service over the phone. Seems like it was all too much of a bother for them to book a van - although isn't this their job?

Ended up losing 3 days of booking time which meant that when we just decided to ring around the individual companies a lot of the vehicles had already been booked out in this time. So to cut a long story short, you are much better off doing the leg work yourself! Just don't bother, cut out the middle man and do it yourself!

Campervans are a relatively new service we are offering through an external company and something we want to improve on in 2014. We want all our customers to have an excellent experience and will work to ensure that this sort of issue will absolutely not happen again.

I have used VroomVroomVroom several times in Australia over the past few years and always had a great experience. The rates you get are great and much lower than what you would get when trying to rent directly through the car rental company. I have tried to campare and there is no doubt.
In connnection with my latest car rental I had a problem with Hertz not willing to accept the rates that I had booked for. But VroomVroomVroom helped me out taking up the case very professionally - ensuring that I got what VroomVroomVroom promised in the booking I had made.
Based on my own experience, I warmly recommend VroomVroomVroom and will stay as a loyal customer myself.
