Adam turned up an hour earlier than expected (good !) and rang when he was on his way. To his benefit I presented him with something that was quite tricky and he wasn't able to solve it but was gracious enough to do it at no charge. Thanks for your time (and stopping me zapping myself if I did it myself !)

Adam had to make several appointments to complete the work and he was on time for each of them. He has excellent PR skills and a was a pleasure to have working in the house. He was great telling me what had to be done and very clear in explaining to me the way things operated after he'd completed the work. I would recommend him to anyone who wants a very competent reliable and pleasant electrician.

Adam returned phone call promptly quickly organised a time to do the workarrived on time performed the work quickly and even cleaned a high stairwell ceiling dirtied by an old light fitting prior to installing the new unit. He charged as per rates discussed on the phone. He took a high level of care when moving a ladder extended to approx 13 feet around my house. I recommend him to anyone and will recommend him to friends. Excellent service.
