I am giving them 0 they charged me $150 to change thermostat but my car was still overheating they checked my car later and told me I need to change the engine it was just after week or no more than 2 weeks of changeing thermostat. I got 2nd opinion and went to RAA approved mechanic to fix my car they changed the engine but they showed me the thermostat they took out from my car, it was old and broken thermostat. I rang them on the same day and ARM mechanic said they put the old thermostat because I asked them to do that. Does this really make sense?? I have paid $150 and why would I ask him to put the old thermostat where I can get the new thermostat for my car. Who can be so stupid?? ARM mechanic scream at me over the phn and said he doesn't want to talk to me do whatever I can.

I had a service of Holden berlina Ve and some extra work on my car like change of brake pads. The work he done was really unexpected as not worth as I have spend almost $150 and I have to fix from another mechanic and end up paying another $264 as ARM failed to fix , the car was making cranking noise from the wheel ... When I report the issue to ARM mechanic, he failed to found the problem and asked me to change the rotor and still not giving me any guarantee that it will stop making noises which were coming from the wheel.. They only know to replace the things but they can't fix the problem.. But when I approached another mechanic he straight away found the problem as ARM mechanic missed some stuff when fitting the brake pads and I have to end up paying for another brake pads and it ruined the disc as well so the new machenic has to machine them as well. I will not recommend to anyone

Great mechanic, there are only two mechanics there but they are great for the price you pay, I feel like I am never being ripped off like some of the big mechanics. When they service my car they always ask if I would like this done and tell me if it's urgent or if can wait and do the necessaries without breaking the bank, I was recommended these guys by a friend and have got my car serviced ever since. A minor service is about $90
