The front desk staff are rude and very unhelpful, if you stick around and get past the front staff to the clinician you will be shocked at how friendly and caring they are in comparison. I would say the only reason they remain in business is old clientel that have dealt with the clinicians prior to the employment of the rude and unhelpful front desk staff, i know i won't be back based on the service from the front desk staff
