I couldn't believe how rude, arrogant and dishonest they were. I wouldn't have cared if they did what they are supposed to do. Instead they loose my goods and lie through their teeth that they were delivered. They just can't tell me who, when or even how. Absolute rubbish service.

I was not informed of when the first delivery would be so I missed it. I called up customer service when I found the card and requested that the repeat delivery be done the following Monday. I've just spent all day at home waiting for my package to be delivered to me, only to be told by customer service that they are at the depot and all the drivers have now gone home.
I was told by customer service that they were sorry but nothing they could do.
I have just wasted a day at home waiting for a package and now I have to go and get it from their depot as I cannot afford to take another day off work. If I don't work I don't get paid.

DO NOT GO NEAR, they are a rude, unprofessional & dishonest outfit. My delivery was over 3 days late and missing 3 items. They claim they didn't loose any items (they have maggically dissapeared from their online tracking) but I found one in the gutter only 100m down the road from the delivery address. The staff are just rude and refuse to address their short comings. I repeat DO NOT GO NEAR with a 10 foot pole, their are many other reputable businesses aroubd.
