I ordered some items online. The order for a person in WA arrived and not my order. You cannot contact anyone by phone but only email. So I emailed them over a week ago ... still no reply. So I contacted a retail store and they assured me that someone would call me within 24 hours. No one has contacted me. This must be the WORST ONLINE RETAIL BUSINESS in AUSTRALIA. Avoid buying anything online from Blue Illusion.

Poor quality, cheap fabrics and overpriced. You can buy Trenery garments for the same price and get flattering, quality garments of exceptional cut and fit. Blue Illusion is definitely not made in France.

Their shoes are great but their other clothing range is far from french. It is very daggy and uninspiring.
I once had a sales person tell me she didnt clean her boots and preferred to wear them scuffed!
I think it aims for 70 plus years not 40 year olds.
I also find quality a bit dubious...certainly not value for money.

Clothes made in China. Mainly synthetic fibres. Over the top packaging for online items. I’m wondering how much they care for the environment. Rude sales person at my local store. I think the sales people must be put under a lot of pressure. Overpriced.

I like this store as they have a good variety of quality clothes. The staff are attentive and seem genuine and honest.

The service here is A1. Always friendly and wonderfully helpful. Great catalogues with discounts on a regular basis. I love the quality of their clothes and shoes.
