when applying for houses I didn't find this office very helpful don't give anyone a go rude and lack of communication definetly don't refer them to anyone. they have the attitude that renter's are beneath them

A lot of real estate businesses do not have any respect for people who rent. Sad but true. Century 21 Marsden Realty in Toowoomba however I found to be one of a kind. They respect their tenants and treat them like people. I rent through them and when the house I am in was being sold the Manager of the realestate introduced himself and kept me up to date with what was going on. Wow I was impressed. The house sold to new owners I stayed on. If I were to buy a house or recommend a realestate agency to go through these would be the people to go through. I can recommend you will not be disappointed.
