Misleading reviews.
This business doesn’t post negative reviews on their website, they only publish positive ones. This is extremely dishonest. Won’t be shopping with them again. I wasted $70 on two products that are unusable by industry standards (I’ve been a makeup artist for 15 years) and left reviews explaining the issues with the products, these reviews weren’t published, but the positive ones I left on other products were.
Just shop elsewhere.

Worst customer experience I have had in a long time. For someone who has had skin issues and many dramas with skincare and products, I was looking for a change and guidance. I can't believe how uneasy I felt speaking with Erin the owner today. As a small business on the Gold Coast, I would have thought more care and understanding would have been displayed for a potential new client, who was referred, simply looking to find the right fit.
