He has dealt with a burned out hard disk, a malfunctioning back-up system, and numerous minor glitches, all caused by the inadequacy of earlier “repairs.” By now he has replaced all our computers with state-of-the art machines tailored to our requirements, so that we no longer suffer emergency interruptions . As a small business owner with a busy and complex workload I can’t afford to have down time with my computers. For at least 15 years, Shane and C.S.I. have been our go to computer specialists for work and home.

Shane has built amazing computers for us over the years as well as organising monitors and other peripheral items. He is always available for advice which is a really great and valuable resource. The best thing however, is that any time we have had a computer emergency, large or small, he has responded quickly and efficiently, has never let us down and never taken advantage of our situation with high call out fees. Every invoice I have ever received has been completely reasonable and sometimes embarrassingly low.

Recommended a mobile internet USB device for use with the laptop when away from home.
Set up a wi-fi connection between the laptop and modem for use when at home.
Shane is persistent in following up and correcting problems and no problem we have had has failed to be solved by him.
