Terrible service experience. I had seen a product in the shop that I liked and I went back two weeks later with my husband to buy it, however it was no longer in the shop. Upon asking the shop keeper if they had any more in stock, she flat out yelled at me saying that I was in the wrong shop, that she was the owner and she had never purchased them before. I tried to explain but she continued her stance very rudely. When she finally realised she was wrong and they had in fact kept them but sold out, she proceeded to apologise and blame her behaviour on medication she was taking. NO EXCUSE for absolute rudeness and yelling at a customer, especially from an owner! I will never return.

I have never seen tea towels looking so pretty... when recycled into cushions, tresses and coats. This is a fantastic concept shop that offers amazing creations from materials that have been collected by the owner and made into new items. Excellent value for money and an inspiring place for re-claim, recycle, re-make ideas.
