Terrible!!! "Dependable" is THE LAST thing to describe them. Not only did they fail to actually process my order initially, forcing me to chase them up a day later, but they then continued to delay my job for a further 2 days with no feasible excuse! My item arrived 3 days after it should have, AND then they had the nerve to wait a few weeks before processing my credit card payment so they could OVERCHARGE ME BY 30% !!! I'm still trying to get my money back!

I found dependable very reliable and there prices are great too
