I received a public lecture on pick-up with an additional fee.
I really would have been happy to pay a higher price from the outset.
Didn't expect to pay $100 for a hearty serve of judgement today.
The car looks really great and the clean price was more than fair, but I shed a tear driving it away.
I will continue to give my kids great adventures with our car, I just won't go back to Elegance Carwash when we're done.

My Husband and I took his car in today to have the inside and outside cleaned. It costs $40. They were clearly in a hurry to get his car out because they did a terrible job. The wheels were dirty and one of the alloys was scratched. We ordered drinks and they forgot about us and I had to remind them. I could understand it if they were busy, but they weren't. The total bill came to $47.60. I intended bringing my car to have it cleaned, but not now. Clearly not interested in good customer service and doing a good job. My Husband is outside now sorting it out. Appalled!
