They were so rude and condescending over the phone that I didnt bother going in and using the voucher I received as a gift. It was such a shame because I was really looking forward to having a treat. But the whole point of a spa is to feel calm, relaxed and refreshed. After what should have been a simple, polite phone conversation, I was left feeling shaken and upset...anything but, calm, relaxed and refreshed!
