I booked an Eternal Classic Wedding Car for event I organised. Whilst the initial customer service was fine the actual car and driver wasn't. I told Eternal Classics the car was for a Bride, but unfortunately they sent a car with the numberplate stating - GROOM. The driver of the car was very unprofessional both in appearance and manner. He was told by the event manager that she was the point of contact, however he kept hassling the bride that he was running late whilst all her friends and family were trying to congratulate her. The event manager had to eventually tell him to just leave. He actually managed to get himself in the background in many of the pictures outside the church which was obviously very disappointing. I voiced these concerns to Eternal Classics, they didn't think there was anything wrong with the Bride's car stating Groom. No real response on the comments regardign the driver. I would not recommend using this company.
