Beautiful and welcoming staff and environment, the new management are doing a terrific job and always thrive to exceed your expectations. By far my first choice for a fast dinner!!!

We have eaten in the Restaurant a few times over the years and it has got progressively worse.
For Mothers Day last year (2014), we decided on the take away packs, to have at home.
We had 4 different pasta meals and they were ALL undercooked, dry and almost without any flavour.
Very disappointing! My brother actually spoke to the manager on the phone to complain and was told to bring it back for a refund. The distance we had to travel to get it back there, didn't make that worthwhile.
We have visited the one on Henley Beach Road many times and have always had good meals, so it obviously depends on which one you go to.
Rest assured, we won't be returning the Brighton Franchise ever again!!!

Waiting time is not much but sometimes we have to wait if it is the busy time.

I went there a couple of weeks ago before going to see a show at the Festival Theatre. There wan't a lot of people so we managed to get a seat as soon as we walked it. The service wan't too bad, and they definitely lived up to the 'Fasta' part of their name, but the food we ordered was bland, and not at all like I remembered in the previous time I've been to other Fasta Pasta's. I'm not sure if it was just this one, or if the food standard has gone done over all, but I probably won't be going back to this one.

Fasta Pasta has lovely food and their service is always great. They are always really busy so depending on when you go it pays to book. Can be a bit noisy but that's because they are so popular. Great place if you've got kids.

Unfortunately their food is quite terrible. I dined their with partner and his mother and we were served our food almost instantly, so obviously their is not fresh as they advertise on television.
Their service is quite rude and overall their dining room seemed dirty, we had to put our daughter in a high chair and it was filthy and they had virtually no customers.

We had a meal at Fasta Pasta on Easter Monday. It was very busy and we hadn't booked (last minute decision) however the manager found us a seat (5 people + high chair). The meals were fast and delicious. A huge range of pasta to choose from. Great value kids meals - $7 gets you a kids meal, soft drink and ice cream. Great value coffees - $2.80 each. The restaurant was very noisy but we added to the noise with our 3 year old.

We always enjoy going to fasta pasta, It is bustling and busy , but the food is always 10/10. Sometimes it is always good to have someone wait on you hand and foot. and always they have the best lemonade there

Have eaten at Fasta Pasta Brighton a couple of times (and just thinking about them now, I want to go eat there again!).
Last time we went, it was for my mum's birthday. They were VERY busy that day and very apologetic for slow service. We were not in a rush, so it was really ok with us. We got a discount on our coffees at the end of the meal for being such friendly customers... I suspect there were some impatient people voicing their opinions that day!
The Manager was on the floor cleaning up and taking orders along with his staff.
Their bathrooms are beautiful.
A bit noisy, but it is a cafe after all. Perhaps some soft furnishings or canvas art on the walls would help reduce this?
