Dropped my car off during the early birds time for a major service and was having other issues. They managed to fix my car and have it all ready to be picked up before the end of business the same day! very punctual and kept in contact throughout the day of what needed doing before they proceeded so i knew exactly what was being done and what it was going to cost!

Hold on to your hat - this is about an honest used-car salesman! No, really.

My beloved old station-wagon got to the stage of being uneconomical to keep running, and so came the painful process of looking for a "new" car. I'm very resistant to change and so it was a bit of a hard task for my husband and I to find something which felt similar for me to drive, yet a much newer and more viable option as our main family vehicle.

After looking around a little at prices and what was available, we had our search completed for us by some of the very knowledgeable and competent salespeople at Ferntree Gully Holden.

The place is jam-packed with cars, so watch out where you park. There's a sort of "service road" within the car lot itself, but hold onto the kids at all times. The office area in the middle is modern and comfortable to sit and do business.

The car they found for us after taking into consideration all the parameters we gave them, exceeded our expectations. It was immaculate inside and out, mechanically it's superb and the price was very good.

I've now got used to my new work horse, but the drive back was a long one for me on unfamiliar roads.

There was a service contract included for any problems within the first months and a service and one tiny alteration to a steering wheel radio switch was accomplished easily.

A great dealership I would return to ... hopefully they'll still be in business when I'm in need of a replacement in another 10 - 12 years or so.

Friendly and helpful unlike Toyota further down the road! Easy to negotiate with and made the whole car sale thing easy!
