ABSOLUTELY DISSATISFIED WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE AND OVERALL EXPERIENCE. Booked and paid for a session with a nutritious only to be told to download an app by a staff member who is not professionally trained or skilled nutritionist. Purchased a package for 5 sessions with a personal trainer...no receipt. Due to personal reasons, I am unable to attend further therefore I have requested a refund or at least to transfer it to a friend ( as a present ) so my money don't go to waist and guess what: this is not possible! I've ask the question why and I am told is in the T&C so...I start ready the T& C that I have agreed to and signed for and nothing but wait: it says that they can choose to update the T&C as they wish so guess what? I am sent a copy of the T&c that says now it' not transferable so if this is not enough ....I don't know what is....not to mention the condition of the equipment...please make a wise decision when choosing a gym...This is definitely a bad experience for me and for the reasons outlined above plus more....would not recommend to anyone.

I used to attend Fernwood in Melton and would recommend it to EVERYONE (well, every girl anyway!). The team is fantastic. They are all very friendly, helpful and keep you motivated. They have a great timetable full of different classes and there's something to suit all levels of fitness. The facilities are clean and welcoming. Their equipment is state of the art.
