This company provided the service of moving our house into storage. They were prompt, polite and had lots if helpful advice. They stored our belongings efficiently in a space saving manner. We will use their services again.

Absolutely fantastic. Great guys. Paul and Craig were hardworking, Very friendly and professional. They also had a great sense of humour which made the day more enjoyable.

They know exactly what to do so it was very stress free and quick considering how much stuff needed moving. The added bonus is "Mr recycle" lol. Paul will take your empty boxes to get them out of your way.

They are used by our Insurance company so I'm not sure of the cost, but I highly recommend them.

We will be using them again when we move back home : )

Paul and his crew moved us last week and it was the most stress free move we have ever had. All of the movers were professional and polite and were happy to accommodate our requests. They worked very hard and completed our move start to finish within seven hours ( which is excellent considering how much stuff we have) . I would definitely highly recommend Full House removals to anyone . Paul even came back to collect all of our cardboard (furniture boxes, packing containers and paper wrap) when we finished unpacking which saved us a trip to the tip. Thanks Paul!!!

A year ago I moved from my rented apartment in Botany, but had to move into storage while my new place was completed. I researched all the options of moving, and also wanted to a company that was local to my new home so as to support local business.

Paul responded quickly to my web request and was around a few days later to access and provide a quote. It was very through and I felt at the end of it that I had found a company that really cared about my move. He even took into account that I had alot of my own boxes from my international move to Oz.

I went for the full pack and move option as it I hate packing! (about my 5-6th move). The quoted price was not the cheapest I got, but also not the most expensive either.

The day before the move his team came and packed up the apartment and it was actually a very enjoyable process. They were really pleasant to deal with and looked after my stuff with respect. A nice touch they have is they leave your bedding etc for the actual day of move.

Move day into the truck was fast, the only complication was at the Kiriwee storage facility when we advised that the booked space was to small. (it happens), but instead of providing new options they played hardball so Paul pulled out his mobile and got me in touch with Storage King in Kurnell and it was all sorted. By the time the Kirrawee storage people decided to help it was too late! Sure there was an extra charge for the distance, but overall it worked out really well going to Kurnell.

A really nice touch was that Paul left a number of his packing blankets over my leather sofa and oak furniture to protect them. Something he certainly didn't have to do, but was really appreciated.

Instead of being a few weeks, or even a few months, it was actually 6 months before my new apartment was ready. During this time I would receive a very friendly call from Diane asking how things were going and did i have a date?

When we finally got to moving in date the Full House Team swung into action and were able to fit my date in!. The move in went really well except my sofa's did't fit the lift and Paul suggested a lift moving company. I totally concurred as while they could have forced them up the fire escape (I live on the 4th floor) the potential for damage did not make sense and there were two of them.

Paul and Graeme arranged the life guy and working with me we co-ordinated a date for the final lift which was not only cool to watch, went really well.

With anything as complex as moving house (and going in/out of storage) mis-understandings can occur. We did have one during the first stage of moving in, I raised it to Diane and was deeply impressed that later that day Paul came to see me personally to work thru the issue. It was a reasonable small issue and it would unfair of me to allow my perceptions of 99.5% fantastic be overshadowed by .5% not quite so good.

Also as this is review of their service I want to stress that they worked really hard and with full integrity to resolve that small issue. That is a key reason I give them full quality/service stars because they were so concerned about making it right. Being able to resolve issues correctly is almost more important as not having them in the first place.

Just a nice little finish off, while the takeaway dinner never came about (not a big concern); the welcome gift of (at my choice gluten free) muffins was sublimely tasty. Forget being gluten free they were amazing!

So thank you Paul, Graeme and Diane, it was really great dealing with you and I would recommend Full House Removals fully.

Moving House. Staff were very punctual, quick but not shoddy in a relaxed atmosphere. I would recommend this Company to anyone.

Paul and his team recently moved us from one 5 bedroom house in Lane Cove to another down the road. We were very happy with the experience. Everyone was capable and friendly and made the process as smooth as it could be.
