The women that work there have no communication skills. Do not know how to smile or utter the word hello. Take personal calls while your waiting in line for 5 mins. Do not know there products. And are very simply rude. After all this notified head office about this they also did nothing.
So took my business else where.
Popped into HCF Campbelltown today to have a claim processed and with no other people in the line I was annoyed that I was left standing there for almost two minutes before one of the two female customer service workers even acknowledged me by looking my way. She finally said "Can I help you?" without a smile. My request was processed quickly enough without any small talk, however I think for the monthly premiums I pay to HCF I would expect a little more enthusiasm and friendliness from staff on this front line position. In contrast the staff at HCF Blacktown Dental Centre are lovely and welcoming.
