Just found out that this play cafe has closed. Am so surprised it was a fantastic service and set up. Turns out that this branch of the Salvation Army is closing and building has been sold. They are unsure when and where another play cafe will be established. Most dissappointing. Another one bites the dust.
Edited to advise that they have closed due to having sold the building.

First time there today, had a bit of difficulty finding it, but was surprised at value for money and range of play areas in a seemingly small space. Felt friendly, clean and safe, an't ask for more from a playcafe :) Definitely recommend!
Approximate cost: $5.00
They try to do a good job but cleanliness is still an issue for me. How often are the play area cleaned? Some parents going there are quite irresponsible as they allow their kids to rule the cafe with their rudeness. The staff needs to make sure that everyone follows the cafe rules.
I took my to granddaughters to Little Footprints yesterday we all had a great time. Everything was a positive from the staff who are friendly and efficient; the cleanliness of the whole area - a lot of the kids find feeding the ball pit ball washer good fun. I highly recommend this playground & cafe and the coffee yum.

I went to this little play centre with my kids after the raving reviews on WOWMOW. I felt the atmosphere was dull and the equipment designed for a younger audience (2/3 years max) my older children (4 & 6) found it boring and wanted to leave. I am not disputing the food/service was quite good, and value for money, but its definitely not suited for all ages. Maybe they should make a note on here about suitable ages?? (just a suggestion) I walked out feeling like you do when you get excited about a good movie only to find it dissapointing. We will stick with the larger play cafes that cater for all ages, unless we have a 3rd!
What a shame your children weren't able to have any fun at Little Footprints. The equipment is age appropriate and the same as many other venues - just cleaner. On our visit yesterday I didn't see any children looking bored :)
My 4 year old & 10 year play together for hours here, this is a great play cafe.
Brilliant place, kids loved it. Has a flying fox, jumping castle, slides, ballpits, all very safe, no sharp bits or corners. Entry is $5 per kid, adults free. Atmosphere is very nice, surprisingly quiet with all the kids around.
Lovely, small venue with fun activities from toddlers to older children. Healthy food available. Great place to hold a birthday party. Keep in mind that you are being served by friendly Salvation Army volunteers ...not paid staff. Great value for money!
This is a fantastic little play cafe hidden in the Southern suburbs. Cleanliness and upkeep of the play equipment is top quality and the staff there are really friendly and helpful. Cafe food prices are excellent and a lot cheaper than regular cafes.
Approximate cost: $5ish
A fantastic place to take children to have a play or even to have a birthday party. Entry fee is affordable as well as there menu board. The staff are voluntary, friendly and helpful. It's a shame they changed there hours on Mon-Wed and close at 2pm, I used to take my eldest child there after school for a quick play. Love the ball pit with the machine that washes the balls. I thought that if was quite nifty.
