I misplaced my tracking details email so I got in touch with their service team and was contacted back within the hour with all the information I required. I have since received the order and it looks great.

Generally the service is good. However, the delivery service can definitely be improved. The driver called me just half an hour before delivery and told me that they would deliver my order. The driver was helpful but I believe customers need better notice of delivery.

I recently ordered 2 leather chairs, one arrived damaged, this happens... Living Styles arranged a replacement chair. I was anticipating January delivery, but that got swapped out within a week or so. Fabulous! The new chair arrived safely.

I'd like to commend living styles for their service throughout.

Sometimes with orders online things can get a bit dicey if it's not "all good" but Living Styles really shone out here for service. The order experience was excellent and the remedy for the damaged chair was also handled really well.

At no point did I feel I was going to come unstuck, lose out or have to get into a protracted argument with them, communication was clear, and positive and I am very grateful.

We purchased an expensive pendant lighting in July 2021. We patiently waited until October. Upon checking we were told its delayed to late November! Then after eagerly waiting all this while I emailed again to find out the delivery is again delayed to January 2022, and now 2 weeks ago to end of February. I dont think we will be receiving the product. How can a delivery take so long and why even show it on the website as available and take customers money for expensive items when you dont have it in stock?
Extremely disappointed and had an unpleasant experience for a first time buyer.
