Used these guys yesterday. Apple Macbook needed new battery. No appointment, dropped it off and battery was replaced within 3 hours.
Polite, helpful and quick service. Reasonable price.

I’ve been going there for years never had a problem. They fix everything for me as I’m not good at understanding technology. It’s sometimes really simple things and they have not charged me. I would not go anywhere else. They are really knowledgeable and get to the bottom of issues no matter what. Recommend 100%

i called up for appointment about my old laptop & i was told to bring it in that day or come in the next day to check it out for no charge, i was greatly surprised. it was fixed right away :). didnt charge me.
the bloke at front counter was really friendly. Very happy with the service.

Booked a repair through Apple only to arrive at the store to see that it was closed. Fair enough it's a public holiday, but every other repairer had updated their availability to not accept appointments today.

Trying to do the right thing, I let them know that Apple was still offering appointments for today only to receive an extremely rude response from them?

Annoyingly, this was my second visit to them as my laptop has been having seperate issues since being 'repaired' by them last week. Gross, rude service for no real reason?

Great service. Fast turnarounds. Knowledgeable staff. Mike, the owner, is a super nice guy and will bend over backwards to help you. I have been going there for years. I have bought 2 iMacs, a MacBook and had a bunch of repairs done. Recently I needed an upgrade on a new iMac because the factory one I bought wasn’t keeping up with some seriously complicated edits in Lightroom. I actually needed a faster drive than the regular user and he replaced the hard drive for me to an SSD which sped it up by about ten fold. It’s a super computer now and he did it at a really great price. Saved me a lot of money. It’s not often you get service like that. They are not greedy at all. By the way, if your Mac is running slow and you don’t have an SSD hard drive, forget about your ram etc, get one of those and it will speed it up immensely. Even from a fusion drive. Incredible difference.

Steven greeted me on a busy day with enthusiasm and a genuine will to help. His product knowledge was excellent, he had empathy and patience,where two other leading providers could not assist me, Steven spent the time to ensure I was happy and more importantly that I felt comfortable knowing that my problem had been rectified and that I now knew what to do. I would always support this retailer.Their service and attitude, helpfulness and general readiness to give out information is second to none. After my one and only visit to the Apple Store in Perth and their obvious disinterest in an "old fart" I will never go back there even if MacWorx closed I would go back to a windows pc.
