Took my car for service. Brakes and tyres were due for replacement. They gave me a quote and shop around but Odin was cheaper so I told to go ahead. Quite happy with them.

This was my first and last time I took my car for a service. They are very dis-organised. For example when I went to pick up my car, I saw my car being driven away! I went into the office and asked them why my car was being driven away? A young man behind the desk said that it was being taken for wheel alignment. I said my car does not need any wheel alignment! When the car was back, I was told that they were sorry and it was a mix up. Also, the owner is arrogant and rude. I wouldn't take my car back there even at no cost.

Reliable and trustworthy mechanics with a loan car to boot. Took the time to explain why certain car parts needed replacing, the benefits of a wheel alignment etc. As someone who knows nothing about cars, it was reassuring that the mechanics at Odin Brake Service were happy to spend the extra time to explain things to me.

I wouldn't take a wheelbarrow to this place. My daughter took her car there with a $79 voucher which was only credited $50. Another voucher was supposed to be issued with the service but never happened. They were asked to check a brake locking problem so called my daughter and convinced her the front rotors and pads needed replacing after I specifically told the owner while booking it in, they'd been checked and were fine. Naturally it didn't fix the problem so told him to refit the old rotors and pads and refund the total to my daughter. when this was done we'd discuss replacing the Vacuum Booster after explaining to him how to test the booster. He had no idea. He reluctantly refunded the cost of parts but not labour then I had to sign a release form stating there was no warranty on any parts or labour before I could take the car. After checking under the bonnet I discovered they'd smashed the windscreen washer bottle while removing the booster and taped it with half a roll of duct tape. When I queried it with the owner he said it was 14years old and brittle then hung up on me. This is with Consumer Protection at the moment but do not deal with this fraudulent mob. Run like hell.

I recently purchased their online voucher for $89. They charged me extra for synthetic oil which I didn't ask for and was quiet disappointed with the friendliness of the staff. Too many hidden costs, and when I questioned the management staff about this, they refused to justify the extra costs and walked away. I haven't experienced such bad service from a mechanic! I think they use the online voucher to reel people in, then they add on additional charges. Will never use this mechanic again!

JUST STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!79dollars to have your car serviced sounds like a good deal, but it is certanly not, if the mechanics are not able to close the radiator lid, that caused the engine overheat, and lots of smoke on the free way. And when you call the management to clean out their mess, the only thing is capable to do is through a bucket of water on the engine causing moisture in the spare plugs. at that point the highest speed of my car was 20KM ph. So we had to call the garage once again, but even if the two meccanics were kinder, after one our ofn work the car made no impruvement. we decided to give up and we ask our mechanic to have a look, and solved the problem caused by the water in 10 minutes. the management never apologized.Our car struggled for three days, I have lost one day of work, and we paid to to fix someone else mistake. A car that does not work can be a danger for you and for the others look for someone more reliable!!!

The staff acts friendly on the phone and in person, but actually charges more for any job staff does. I recently paid $600 for some work to be done and didn't even fix it. Plus that was $200 more than other places would usually charge. Don't waste your time and money. One or the worst mechanics in perth!
