Fairly friendly staff and a decent menu selection.
The food took awhile but was hot, fresh and pretty nice.
Okay for a once off treat as its pricey.

Was looking for a simple cooked lunch and approached Ozzy's hoping for something yum. The menu said "a range of burgers" so I asked for a chicken burger. The tired woman behind the counter sighed, so I asked "can you do that?" and she thought about it for a minute, then said "ok". I said "great, can I have that with avocado and a side of chips?" and she again sighed and said "well now you are making it hard". I told her not to worry, I would have a chicken panini, my partner ordered a vegetable panini. Our food was served quick enough, but that's because it looked as though it had just been microwaved. Both were soggy and untoasted, and my chicken, cheese and avocado panini tasted like bread and cheddar cheese. The roasted vegetable consisted of pickled capsicum and mushroom. Horrible! My partner and I both felt ill about an hour later. This was the first time my partner had been to Mandurah and he said in the car “that lunch ruined Mandurah for me, let's go home”. I think that says it all.

Approximate cost: $15
