Great customer service to make up for the untrained staff. Staff who "can't repair" convinced me to put down a $50 deposit because my phone Absolutely needed a part only to find out after waiting 5 weeks for part that it was a loose connection the shop across from it actually fixed it for free! I called ptc to tell them only to find out the staff member who server me doesn't even do repairs. Its a non refundable deposit. Also the lady who "can't do repairs replaces screens" so I definitely wouldn't recommend PTC ever again.

A HUGE shout to the all the friendly staff ( the young guy whom served / helped me ) at TPC Phone Repairs Morayfield. They fixed my phone. The service / staff was awesome & approachable. They replaced my iPhone battery properly and efficiently with a much more affordable price. They did it in just 15 minutes and it works just fine! Not only that, but they were so friendly and made us feel much more at ease.
