Cafe wasnt overly busy but waited a few minutes for waitress to bring over the menu. the food was good but nothing to WOW. this cafe was great when it first opened i would go there every week i now find the service and food to have gone down in quality. but in saying that it is still a nice place to sit and chat with friends enjoying a nice meal. being at the back of the shopping centre it is alot quieter than eg the food court.

Waited for 6 minutes for the waitress to bring over menus. In the end we left as we were in front of the counter yet ignored. It seems the service has deteriorated since they first opened.

We ate here for the first time the other day and it was great. The hot chocolate was amazing. The service was quick too despite there being many customers. The prices are competitive and in a fantastic location too. Will eat here again, even if it's just for the hot chocolate!
