Got a quote for tree removal and stump grinding which was very competitive. We booked in the service. It was first delayed because of extensive rains around Canberra - totally understandable. We booked in for a couple of weeks later, staying home all day to wait. Skyline didn't turn up, nor did they call to say they wouldn't come. We re-booked for the following week. Same result. When we rung them (rather than the other way round!), we were told that they wouldn't be able to come for another month. While we understand that they can't always do the job exactly when promised, we would have appreciated being informed of any changes to the schedule (particularly when this could be months!). In the end we went with another provider who, while a little more expensive, provided the service we actually asked for, and promptly. We were very disappointed with Skyline.

Competitive prices though a little inconsistent depending on the staff member doing the quotation. Good quality fruit tree pruning. My only suggestion for this Company is that the arborists should not leave the job without first checking approval of their work. Nevertheless good clean-up after job completed. Generous payment terms as the Company doesn't immediately bill and credit cards accepted.

Quality service from this company, fast to respond and at a time that was suitable to me- the job was done quickly and all the mess was cleaned up. Very pleasant to deal with
