Really unimpressed with the customer service.... I ordered for Valentine's Day in early January, wanting to ensure everything arrived on time as my hubby's work is open 7am-3pm.
I emailed to confirm the delivery date, as the doesn't appear at checkout/payment and to ask if delivery before 3pm could be confirmed given their business hours
I was pretty much told delivery is via a courier service, between 9am and 5pm and was not their problem
The order was delivered the week prior to Valentine's Day... and I wont be ordering again.... Very much doubt customer service will do anything to resolve the issue, having been so helpful previously...

Approximate cost: $80
