Thieves (literally)
Had my Mazda CX5 in there for 2.5 months (it took them that long to fix it) and while it was there someone stole my Noco GB40 jumper starter from the back of the car. I reported that it was missing even before I left the dealership but they denied anyone took it. It was practically brand new (hadn't been used) reported it to the police but no satisfaction.
