Purchased a tv a few months ago that was ridiculously cheap. According to their website, Wiley Park was in stock. However when I got there, they said the website hasn't been updated for 2 weeks and it wasn't their responsibility. I was absolutely shocked at their lack of responsibility. However they ended up giving me another customer's order who never picked up their tv. The prices are very good but don't trust their website even if it says in stock.

The range of the products they sell is phenomenal. The service is great and they seem to know their products very well. This harvey norman is not "hardly normal".

Bought netbook that was messed with, something was wrong with it from the start as if they gave me a faulty computer! took it to them and they said they can't do anything about and have to take it to the manufacturer's service centre.. and the battery life is much shorter than that described by the manufacturer for this model.. after all, some nice guy from the local internet cafe / computer repair shop fixed it all with the press of a button. However still have an issue with the battery.

the quality of products, the service and the deals they have on a daily basis are great, they will also match the price or beat it, if you bring in a catalogue of a product that they have in stock

Harvey Normal great in all its offers but my favourite part about harvey norman is their cheap image printing. You can get photos printed from as cheap as 15 cents per print!

we went to check out camera and we were standing from of the camera section but on service came for 20 mins. we were about to leave then this nice guy came. they need more stuff.
