we go here to meet friends with kids all the time so the kids can have a play. kids area is clean. resturant is usually clean as well. service is friendly but sometimes can be a wait witch isnt a bother.

It's good - as far as mcdonalds goes. They haven't stuffed up my order like other stores have and they have pretty fresh fries, probably because it's busy. But, it's still mcdonalds, so the quality isn't amazing.

Went through the drive-thru this morning, Coffee Frappé and a Ceaser wrap, the guy asked if the wrap was Crispy (without giving any other choices) but I said yes anyway. Sometimes they ask you to park in the parking bay if it's busy.

went to get some lunch one day and waited for over 10mins people kept pushing in , food was ok certainly doesnt look the way it does in the picture, the person who served me was not friendly and hardly smiled way to much sauce in the big mac

After all the "little bit fancy" advertising hype I decided to try the new burger but only had a couple of bites before dropping it in the bin and going home to make a toasted sandwich.
The bun was dry and unappealing. The 'meat' pattie was bland, dry and turned to a gross mush. The salad was soggy, limp and lacked taste - Yuk!!!

i really love the service from this store i visit it every week after work 2 get coffees n they no i am a regular customer and know my order without asking me

McDonald's is a great example of you get what u pay for. The food isn't near gourmet, but its the easiest way to fill your gut for under $10. Also not recommended for a healthy meal (don't care what the add says)

I too have to pay out on Mcdonalds Joondalup as I ordered a sausage and egg mcmuffin awhile back and believe it when I say they left the bloody eggshells in it and yes I did bite into it.

Service was okay as the meal arrived fast but maybe they wasn't a good thing.

I recently went to mcdonald in joondalup as it had been awhile and it has most definately gone down hill! I ordered a big mac meal with a cheese burger and stood next to the till while i waited. The girl behind the counter serving others while i waited. after 10 mins i enquired as to where my food was and the girl didnt remember me, after repeating my order to her she went to speak with another team member to ask if she remembered me!! drove home which is around the corner to find cold chips and a big mac that had been thrown together in a hurry. Not happy!

Service was rushed and crew did not seem to be working together.
Food seemed to be made in a slap dash effort
No structure to lines of queues
Little effort put into upkeep of dining areas, tables with rubbish and not wiped down.
