as they say, you get what you pay for, so if you decide to go with one of their moderately cheap packages ( lounge, dining table, tv cabnit ect) you cant expect great quality. we purchased a package deal and for the first week or so it was fantastic, looked stylish and was comfortable and modern. After the first week it was pretty much downhill from there. the couches pretty much sank in down to the springs as soon as you sat on them and the flat pack furniture needs tightening almost every second day because of the horrible quality. I have not purchased anything from super amart since then, so maybe it is just the packages that are really bad quality, but i wouldnt risk it.

staff were fine, some seemed to want to help, others didnt. I would be helped from one person, and 5 minutes later another person would just take over the transaction.

over all, wouldnt shop there again. beware of warehouses like this one!

Was really happy with the service and price of Super A-Mart. Love that i'm able to see your products online and then come in to purchase them. So easy!
