After the 12 months warranty on the blinds finished, we had problems with them - one of them doesn't go up at all and the others don't go up correctly or straight. The blinds were faulty in the first place, and of poor quality and when I called up to get them fixed, there was very poor customer service. There was no acknowledgement of the blinds being of poor quality, instead, they tried to blame us and claim wear and tear on blinds after 12 months; they don't last long. Customer service was terrible, and very unprofessional, they did not accept responsibility for faulty blinds and would not fix them for us. I would not use them again or recommend them to anyone.
