They clearly had some POS issues and twice in a week my partner and I got very over charged. Neither were enormous but still overcharged - as an exampleone of the transactions was $7.70 for 3 hi fire low GI rolls at $1.20 each or 213% mark up??? Unfortunanly we were in a hurry and it was not until we got home we noticed. I don't know how long this has been going on.
Their head office were not help either as they needed a receipt and only told us to go back to the store. We did - no receipt so they "don't know who served us" - does it matter?
We have previously asked for receipts but stopped as it always seems such a chore for them as they made a point of it being bothersome as they have to go to another terminal or out behind the shelves lof loaves. Maybe like other retailers with aps rather than just the spend, put the receipt!
I know sometimes things got wrong, it is not the going wrong that matters, it is the how matters are dealt with after that does. No service here so in future, if we have to go to this one, insit on a receipt each and every time however difficult that is for them.

I got 3 bakers delights around me and the Crows Nest one is by far the best. Lane Cove and St Leonard’s sell way lower quality breads and they put hardly any toppings, you would expect them to all sell the same thing so it’s disappointing.

The variety of baked goods offered is great and everything so fresh. Best Christmas mince pies ever!

Always friendly and that helps to digest that great food they make! Loved everything I have tried and always buy it when it's fresh. Too bad it's almost over even before the day ends!

i always look forward to my lunch breaks so i can duck across to bakers delight and grab a bun, pastry or a scone or my favorite cheese and olive roll. its always fresh cooked that day and you can taste it.

Oh this "Bakers Delight" are just wonderful,nice happy staff attening to your order,such a variety to choose from,I always buy too much ! also I ofter call in there on my way to work as a little treat to others I work with.
