Great service from the staff here, always greeted with a smile and lots of advice when requested. Since renovations their new look is very appealing, the store is spacious and inviting. Good place to stock up on all sorts of pet supplies. Parking is easy to find and convenient to which you can carry your purchases to.

Great service, informative staff - they really know the products and care about pets. The resident cats are gorgeous too! The rewards program is nice bonus - though no points are given on sale items. I can find some items cheaper elsewhere - but I think the rewards program balances it out. It is always great to have old fashioned service - when I purchase larger bags of food - they always offer to help me carry my items to the car.

I go there often to purchase garden supplies and pet supplies. Staff are always helpful and are happy to load my purchases into my boot. They also have a great rewards system whereby you accumulate points with every purchase and can redeem your points for cash discounts against purchases.
