Purchased a costume which ended up not being anywhere close to the size on the box. Given it was too small, it couldn’t be used at the function, along with accessories. So poor operational standards meant our event / party experience was a failure. Tried to get a refund only to be met by poor attitude and a disgusting customer experience. I’d rather just buy on line from now on.

Big range, really helpful staff, helped me find what I wanted, try on stuff, and gave me advice about how to apply the makeup for the costume. And let my granddaughter cuddle their dog Buster. Happy with my visit. I don't know much about prices for costumes, but my impression was they were fair, neither cheap nor outrageous.

Big range of very affordable costumes, you'll very rarely find anything out of stock. Great range of accessories too and the staff are very helpful and friendly.
