I started coming through a recommendation from a friend. I became a regular and introduced other friends who also became regulars. Then one day I had issues with one set of lashes. I contacted the salon to let them know, thinking the salon would just say "no problems, come back in and we'll redo them" but instead I got a text saying I was no longer welcome at the salon?! My friends continued going for a while and heard reports from the staff that this was quite a common response by the management and that was also the reason for the high staff turnover. Given the high prices you pay, you expect a quality product and service and this isn't what you get. My friends and I have all since moved to other lash specialists and can't believe why we were spending so much at Evoque. Do your research, there are lots of professional lash specialists in Perth that do a better job for a fraction of the cost.

I was ridiculously unimpressed by my '3D' eyelashes. They look nothing like the picture. In the picture they are full and beautiful, mine have parts of my eye that aren't even covered with a lash. To think that I spent $350 on them is an outrage. I would definitely recommend topping around and going somewhere else.

First impression of evoque i would not say it was a little shock, it look more like a nail bar with beds rather than a salon. nevertheless the the senior technician did an amazing job and i absolutely loved my new set of lashes. But to my disappointment the second lash refill (which was done by a different technician) was not only messy and uneven it caused so much irritations due to too much bridging i can hardly close my eyes. I no longer wish to have eyelash due to this experience, but i still recommened the senior technician as she is absoutly amzing so if you want to try evoque make sure you ask for the senior technician!!

This salon is THE place to go in Perth for Lash Extensions! Ive been a lash addict for 3 years and have had many applications by different salons in that time, all with varying results. However, Ive now found my niche in Evoque Lash Spa!! They have given me the prettiest, fullest, neatest set of lashes Ive ever had, and obviously use the best quality lashes which are so lightweight and soft to touch that you really wouldnt guess they were not real. I cant praise the salon staff and owner Marnie enough. All are so welcoming and friendly, which to me is comforting knowing that I can just switch off and relax during my pampering treatment. They work tirelessly applying each extensions to a singular lash, whilst I fall sleep and then I wake with beautiful eyes, made to stand out by a dark set of luxurious perfectly applied lashes. The girls even make sure they are 100% perfect, all brushed neatly into shape, before they even hand me the mirror to view for myself. Magical experience and cant wait to go again. Highly recommend!!

I've been going to Evoque for a solid year now & during that time my overall experience, has been nothing short of exceptional. I really look forward to my appointments and chilling out on the plush furniture, listening to the soothing music & being pampered. I call it my 'golden hour!' All the staff are just delightful & very professional. The premise including bathroom is kept spotless & there is free parking close by. Over the past 12 months my lashes have been done by several of the girls & I have always gone home very happy. I highly recommend Evoque to anyone who is sick of putting on mascara & would like to create a more youthful, carefree & natural set of lashes that last. Thanks Evoque.

Terrible service and atmosphere, and inconsistent lashes. The salon management, was great. For a time, staff was doing my lashes and I was happy with them. Staff had since stopped due to injury. Before and after, despite my requests to have the same person do my lashes each time, I regularly got someone different. The quality of the job varied immensely, as did the shape, thickness and length. With appropriate after-care on my part, some applications went askew or had all fallen out within days. I persevered in the hope that staff would return. Once, I called to ask whether there was someone permanent there that I could see, someone who was not visiting from overseas. The lash salon is one enormous, cold room with several beds. They also do fat-loss treatments in separate rooms. You can hear everything going on (awkward), along with the industrial hum of the drycleaners next door. My last visit was my last. When I asked why I was not attended to by the person I booked with, I was told it was because I had cancelled my appointment (which I hadn't). I re-booked with the staff I had just had, and the following day got a "no-reply" text message cancelling all future appointments because they 'can no longer tolerate the verbal dissatisfaction'.
